Privacy note
This note explains what we keep when you write to the classroom, how long we keep it, and how to ask about it.
Data controller

What we collect
From an enrolment note: your name, email address, the lesson you named, optional contract names, an optional preferred date, and the message you typed. If you take a seat we also keep payment references, attendance on the evenings you sat, and the first name on your chart pack. We do not ask for brokerage account numbers, national ID scans, or medical details on this form.
Why we use it
We use the note to answer you, to assign an instructor, to issue a pack with your name, to collect tuition, and to keep a simple attendance list for the cohort. We do not sell the list. We do not send a regular newsletter unless you have asked for dates of a future cohort in writing.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for twelve months in case you write again about a later cohort. Confirmed enrolment records, including deposit references, are kept for five years for accounting and for any refund question. Attendance sheets from a finished intensive are kept for two years. After those periods we delete or irreversibly anonymise the files.
Who sees the file
Niran, Arisa, and Wit see what they need to teach or to run the room. Our accountant sees payment references. If a payment provider or bank is used for a transfer, that provider sees the details you send them — we do not put card numbers on this site. We do not operate a functional checkout here.
International transfers
Email and site hosting may store copies outside Thailand. When that happens we still treat the file as classroom records and we do not grant the host a right to use your message for their own teaching. If you do not want a note to travel on ordinary email, telephone the classroom and we will take the enrolment at the table.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold, ask for a correction, ask us to delete a file that we no longer need for tuition or law, or object to a use that is not required to complete a confirmed seat. Send the request to hello@signal-mapcore.digital. We aim to answer within thirty days. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand if you believe we have mishandled the file.
Cookies
See the cookie note for names, purposes, and how Accept and Reject work. Rejecting optional cookies does not block enrolment notes.
Children
The classroom is for adults who already watch futures. We do not enrol anyone under eighteen.
