Eligibility and timeframe

A full refund of tuition received is available if you cancel in writing more than fourteen days before the first evening of an intensive, more than fourteen days before a workshop Saturday, or more than two working days before a private sitting. Desk review blocks may be refunded in full if no hour has been used and you write within seven days of payment.

Deposits

The THB 8,000 classroom or weekend deposit holds the chair. If you cancel inside fourteen days of the start, the deposit is kept against the empty seat and the pack already printed with your name. The balance, if already paid, is returned. If you cancel outside fourteen days, the deposit returns with the rest of the tuition.

Partial refunds

Once an intensive has begun, unused future evenings can be refunded at THB 3,200 per remaining evening, minus the cost of a pack already issued (THB 1,400 per pack). Evenings already held are not refunded. A workshop that has started Saturday is not refunded for Sunday if you leave at lunch; the two days are one seat.

Non-refundable items

Printed chart packs that have left the cupboard with your name on the cover are not returned for a cash refund, even if unopened, because they are dated to the cohort. Replacement packs after loss are a new charge at cost. The thirty-minute review attached to the intensive lapses if you do not book it within fourteen days of the last evening; it is not paid out as cash.

Work already started

A private sitting that has begun is charged in full. If you arrive more than twenty minutes late we may still end on the original clock; that hour is not refunded. Desk review minutes already sat are deducted from a block before any remainder is considered.

No-shows

Missing a private sitting without notice of at least one working day is a no-show. The fee stays with the hour we held. Missing an intensive evening is not refunded; we do not recap that board on another night. Two consecutive no-shows without a note may end the remaining evenings; remaining tuition then follows the partial refund rule above.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Private sittings may be moved once, if you write at least one working day ahead. A second move is treated as a cancellation. Intensives are not moved for one seat; if we cancel a cohort because fewer than six seats confirmed, we refund tuition received in full, including deposits, within fourteen days of our notice.

Process, method, and timing

We confirm the refund in writing, then return the amount to the same bank account or transfer method that paid us. We do not pay cash at the classroom door. Transfers are sent within fourteen working days of the written confirmation. Bank charges on the return, if any, are yours if the original payment came from outside Thailand; domestic returns are sent in full.

Exceptions that apply here

If we cancel an evening because the instructor cannot attend, we offer a makeup evening or a refund of that evening’s share. Illness in the room that requires us to stop a session is treated the same way. We do not refund because a contract month moved against a student after class, or because homework felt heavy.
