Who we are

Signal Mapcore provides in-person technical analysis training for futures trend analysis from Klong Goom Buengkhum, Long, Bangkok, 10240, Thailand. Contact hello@signal-mapcore.digital or +66 025179058.

Acceptance

A seat or sitting is formed when we confirm it in writing and, where a deposit applies, when that deposit has cleared. Browsing the site does not create a lesson. If you do not agree with these terms, do not enrol.

The lesson, not a market service

We teach chart markup and trend reading in a classroom or at a table. We do not place orders, hold client money for trading, give personal investment advice, or promise results on any contract month. Printed packs are teaching materials. They are not a research product for distribution.

Your responsibilities

You arrive on time, bring marked homework where the lesson requires it, and keep working orders out of the room. You may not record the evenings. You may not copy a named chart pack for people who have not paid a seat.

Intellectual property

Worksheets, pack layouts, board sequences, and the wording on this site belong to Signal Mapcore. You may keep your own marked pages and the pack issued to you for personal study. You may not reproduce packs for a desk, a school, or a public channel. Your graphite on the page remains yours; our printed bars remain ours.

Conduct in the room

We may ask a student to leave an evening, without a recap later, if phones stay on the table after a warning, if live tickets are discussed, or if another seat is spoken to with contempt. Repeated conduct of that kind may end the enrolment. Fees already applied to evenings held are not returned in that case; unused future evenings follow the refund note.

Liability

To the extent Thai law allows, Signal Mapcore is not liable for trading losses, missed hedges, or decisions you take after a lesson. Our liability for a confirmed lesson is limited to the tuition paid for that lesson, except where the law of Thailand does not permit a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Site content

Notes on the journal describe classroom method. They are not an invitation to transact in any futures contract. Dates and cohort sizes on the site may change; the written confirmation of your seat is the document that counts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand. Courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from enrolment, tuition, and the use of this site, without limiting any non-excludable rights you may have as a consumer under Thai law.

Changes

We may update these terms for future enrolments. The version that applies to a seat is the version in force on the date we confirm that seat in writing.
